1. Return Guidelines
At Kailash Agencies, we ensure that every order is double-checked before dispatch. However, since we deal in pharmaceutical wholesale, returns are only accepted under the following specific conditions:
- The product received is completely different from what was ordered (Wrong Dispatch).
- The product was physically damaged during transit.
- The product received is near expiry (less than 3 months) without prior intimation.
* We do not accept returns for unsold inventory or "change of mind" requests.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any return or shortage claim, an Unboxing Video is mandatory. The video must:
- Be unedited and taken right when the parcel is opened.
- Clearly show the Kailash Agencies shipping label and seal.
- Show the damaged or incorrect item clearly in the frame.
Claims without a valid unboxing video will unfortunately not be processed.
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the returned stock reaches our warehouse, we will initiate the refund.
- Online Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or PhonePe) within 5 to 7 working days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, our support team will contact you to get your bank details for transferring the refund amount.
4. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your wholesale order before it is dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order status is changed to "Dispatched" or "Shipped", cancellation requests will not be accepted. If you prepaid for a canceled order, the full amount will be refunded immediately.
