Kailash Agencies supplies pharmaceutical products to authorized businesses only. To place an order, you must:

Be a registered pharmacy, hospital, or authorized medical distributor.
Possess a valid Drug License issued by the respective State Pharmacy Council or governing authority.
Provide a valid GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number) for proper billing.

* We reserve the right to cancel orders and suspend accounts if valid licensing documents are not provided upon request.

3. Product Quality & Authenticity

We take pride in our strict quality control. Kailash Agencies guarantees that all medicines and medical supplies sold through our platform are 100% genuine and procured directly from authorized manufacturers. We strictly prohibit the sale of expired or counterfeit drugs.

4. Payments & Transactions

We offer multiple payment options including online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes.

Online Payments: All digital transactions are securely processed through recognized and RBI-approved payment gateways (such as PhonePe).
Pricing: All wholesale prices are dynamic and subject to change based on manufacturer pricing and market conditions. Final billing will reflect the prices active at the time of order confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Kailash Agencies strives to dispatch bulk orders as quickly as possible. Delivery timelines depend on your location. While we partner with reliable logistics services, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or transport disruptions).
